Haunted House

Hope everyone is enjoying their October.

I have my haunted House scene, this did take me 12 hours, I did it over 2 days. I used A Frightful Affair, Happy Hauntings, Chic and Scary and Oct 31st Cricut cartridges.

I did get the videos down to 2 videos both under 20 min, the first part of both videos show the finish project. I did flocking in both videos and some things I had to cut out with scissors.  I used black adhesive I made my self and put cation tape made of washi tape over the door. I did a whole lot of inking too but do not bore you with all the details or the video would be 3 hours long.

This is video 1 Mostly just the house.

The second video is every thing else.

Flying Bats

Hi Everyone, I am so sorry I have not updated my blog lately, I have just been so busy. I am going to set up a few in advance for you. My haunted house scene is coming soon!

Today I have my bats, these bats came from Happy Hauntings Cricut cartridge! The bigger bats near the bottom I did cut out the layer with the same color paper and then out lines it with white ink and used black foam adhesive to pop the head out more. I put them on the wall with my ATG gun.

Here is the video!
Thank You so much for looking!

Spooky Window Decor

Hi Everyone,

This is a cut from the Cricut Craft Room Spooky Window Decor exclusive. This actually comes in 2 cuts that I have welded together to just make one. It would be really cool to have it much bigger and you could do pretty big on a 12x24 mat and then fit the 2 pieces together. You can download my cut file here.

I colored in the spider with a black marker and the used the Zig  2 way glue pen on the spider and covered with Martha Stewart Ebony flocking powder.
Here is a close up of the spider.
And you can see more in the video below.
Thanks for Looking!

3D Crow

Hi Everyone,
I made this 3D Crow from October 31st cartridge. This one is not my idea, I download the cut file from Cricut Project Center. The drawing in feathers, hanging and mouse in the mouth was my idea.
The crow comes with 2 feet on the cut, like the picture here. You do have to cut the bottom feel off and then adhere 2 together but only at head and body, NOT the legs and wings.
You then bend back the wings and feet.  I did make a pin hole in the upper wing of only one of them and used invisible thread to hang from the ceiling.

I used the mice I made and added one to each side of the crows mouth, so it would look the same on both sides. Click here to see how I did the Mice

Don't forget to check out the video, where you can see how I do it.

Thanks for looking and you can go to the Cricut Project Center to see how they did it and download the cut file.

Flocked Mice

Hi Everyone!
I made some mice for my Halloween decorations. There were cut out from the A Frightful Affair Cricut cartridge while it was free in Cricut Craft Room. I used a glue stick to over the body, not feet and tail and then sprinkled with pewter colored Martha Stewart Flocking powder. I used an Enamel Accents for the eyes. In CCR there are 3 of these together so I did hide contour so I could cut out individually.

You can see more in the video.

Thanks for stopping by!
